The ugly chicken is the same healthy, delicious tasting chicken we raise but with a little bit of an appearance issue.  Sometimes the chickens get a little rambucious prior to processing and can scrape each other up leaving red marks.  This doesnt affect the quality of the meat but we felt we should offer it at a discount.  These birds range in size from 3-5lbs.
